All orders take between 3-7 days to be processed and delivered to your door (via UK based courier services). 

If you have not received your order after one week, please contact us immediately so we can track your item.

Please note that proof of postage is obtained for all items. If an item does get lost then the courier in question will advise that a period of time must pass before this item is officially lost. Once this time has past a replacement item will be sent to you. In no circumstances will a refund be issued for a lost package. 


You have 7 days from delivery date to  send an order back to us for exchange or a full refund. Customers covers return shipping costs.

We only accept returns which are unopened or not damaged in any way. If an item shows any signs of being opened, used or altered in any way, we will be forced to dismiss a refund claim and cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs in relation to this.
